Snell’s Orthotics-Prosthetics
Snell’s Orthotics-Prosthetics was established in 1911 as Snell’s Limbs and Braces, Inc., by the current owner’s grandfather, R.W. (Pop) Snell. The primary mission of Snell’s Orthotics-Prosthetics is to continue to build the company’s capabilities and its impressive reputation as a provider of quality products and services-with one single objective in mind: serving orthotic and prosthetic clients and patients with the best quality humanly possible. Always sensitive to the unique needs and goals of each patient, Snell’s Orthotics-Prosthetics focuses on abilities and enablement.
They utilize every means available to help individuals with physical challenges achieve the highest possible level of mobility and independence, from conventional methods to the latest technologies. They are committed to achieving the highest quality care available and continuously strive to meet and exceed the expectations of the patient, physician, and rehabilitation specialist.
Snell’s Orthotics-Prosthetics’ professional staff includes nine members who have been certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics: five are certified in orthotics and four in prosthetics, with two who are certified in both fields. As of 2006, they offer Snell’s patients a collective 368 years of knowledge and experience in providing solutions to even the most difficult cases.
