The Duke Sports Medicine Center is located in the Finch-Yeager Building on Frank Bassett Drive. The facility overlooks scenic Wallace Wade Stadium and offers patient-friendly parking. their clinic is located on the 3rd floor of the building. Recent renovations to the clinic have increased examining rooms and efficiency. Also, the clinic offers a fully integrated physical therapy staff, located on the newly remodeled 2nd floor, which can see patients on the same day as their clinic visit.
The physical therapy pool is located on the 1st floor, along with the K Lab and the Duke Sports Performance Program.

Conditions treated at the Duke Sports Medicine Center Clinic may be due to injury, disease, or to the normal process of aging or disuse that adversely affects an individual’s ability to participate in sports or exercise or simply maintain an active lifestyle. The focus is on those injuries affecting the musculoskeletal system, particularly those involving the knee, shoulder, ankle and elbow. Medical illnesses related to sports activity such as asthma, concussion and post-concussion syndrome, mononucleosis, athletic-induced anenorrhea and overtraining syndrome will also be treated.
